Data silos make troubleshooting of an incident or diagnosing performance issues much harder. Also because most vendors seem to have a hard time sharing their status and performance data (cold-water-fear) with the customer and/or with the other parties involved in a production-chain, all at the expense of the end user. That is why we introduced a kind of logbook that can be used for incidents outside the scope of eRemote and that covers e.g. status and performance information presented in a timeline. The logbook functionality gives you a better insight and interpretation in status and performance trend information e.g. timelines, see below:
